ZellaFlow uses GoHighLevel as its primary customer relationship management (CRM), communication, automation, appointment scheduling, funnel, and marketing platform.
Through this platform, users may receive email communications, phone calls, voicemail messages, appointment reminders, and SMS/text messages after providing the appropriate consent.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without notice.
3. Eligibility & Age Restriction
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to access or use our services.
By using this website or submitting information through our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

5. SMS Messaging Terms

After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
You will receive messages based on your interaction with our services. Message frequency may vary, but users can generally expect approximately 1–5 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZellaFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to your use of our website, communications, services, automations, third-party platforms, or related systems.

We may use third-party platforms and integrations including GoHighLevel, CRM systems, SMS providers, email providers, analytics platforms, payment processors, scheduling tools, call tracking systems, and automation tools.
We are not responsible for outages, interruptions, errors, data processing practices, policy changes, or service limitations of third-party providers.
Your use of third-party tools may also be subject to the terms, policies, and privacy practices of those providers.
